Small Group Training (max 6 people)

Personal attention and motivation in a small, friendly setting

Structured, low-impact classes designed to build strength, balance and confidence. Each 30-minute session combines Pilates-based movement and functional strength work, guided by experienced trainers who ensure you’re supported and moving safely.

Our small group format (maximum six people) allows for personal attention and a calm, professional environment.

Perfect for local clients near Clapham Common and Battersea Park.

£15 per 30-minute class.

Reformer Pilates in Battersea

Private sessions by enquiry for posture, strength and alignment

Controlled, equipment-based sessions designed to improve posture, alignment and core strength. Reformer Pilates is taught privately — either one-to-one or shared with a friend — in our quiet, well-equipped studio on Lavender Hill, Battersea.

Each session includes tailored instruction, hands-on guidance and thoughtful adjustments to suit your level and goals. Reformer Pilates sessions are available to existing clients or by direct enquiry..

Individual: £60 for 45 minutes | Two students: £80 for 45 minutes.
